With our refined expertise in design and sourcing, we save you the time and effort of outfitting the space yourself. Our mission is to craft sophisticated, eye-catching interiors, thoughtfully curated details, and stunning photography—all tailored to elevate your listing and optimize your rental income.

  • Create a design narrative and overall aesthetic for the property, including a compelling, expertly crafted listing description that highlights its unique features and allure

  • Design: Color, materials and finishes. Mood and concept board, paint and color palette, lighting layout

  • Style: Source and coordinate and purchase all of furnishings and accessories (purchases billed separately).

  • Assemble and set-up/install all furnishings and accessories. Arrange for all purchases to be delivered to the property or receiving warehouse, then oversee transportation of items from receiver to property once home is ready for install.

  • Showcase: Coordinate photography including detail photos to help increase bookings.

DIY option

This option is ideal for short-term rental owners looking to boost occupancy and nightly rates while saving time. We’ll handle the sourcing of furniture and decor to transform your space. We start with gathering information to learn your design style and vision for the space. From there, we create a comprehensive plan that includes a mood and concept board, layout. We’ll source each piece and provide a shopping list for you and/or your handy person to follow.

This service can be done remotely through video consultations for your convenience.

  • Create a design concept to guide the overall look of the property, color palette and furniture style.

  • Design mood board with photos of items for every room, including design elements such as wallpaper, paint colors, flooring.

  • Style Links for purchases on your own. Including our Airbnb Essentials list with links to all of the kitchen, bedding, bathroom items you’ll need to get set-up!

  • Showcase: Coordinate photography including detail photos to help increase bookings.
